We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Merchant who can effectively manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee day-to-day production activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, buyers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills to ensure smooth execution of orders from inquiry to dispatch.

• Ability to manage day-to-day production schedules and work closely with production, design, and quality teams to meet deadlines.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive timely execution.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.

• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients and buyers regarding orders, timelines, approvals, and updates.

• Coordinate with design, sampling, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

• Monitor production progress and proactively resolve delays or issues.

• Maintain order records, production schedules, and documentation.

• Ensure all client requirements, specifications, and delivery commitments are met.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

• Support management in improving operational efficiency and workflow.
