Key Responsibilities:

1) Sampling (Highest Priority)

• Handle all sample requests: collect/prepare, label, record, and dispatch

• Maintain sample register (client-wise, quality-wise): what sent/when/feedback

• Coordinate lab dips / shade approvals / strike-offs where required

• Ensure approvals are captured in writing (WhatsApp/email proof)

2) Inventory + Showroom Control

• Maintain stock visibility (greige/processed/ready goods) with lot-wise details

• Ensure showroom is organized: sample racks, swatches, labels, roll markings

• Track inward/outward movement and keep data clean in Sheets

3) Order Execution (Greige → Finished → Ready to Dispatch)

• Own execution across: Greige, RFD, Bleach, Dyed, Printed, FR/WR, Mandi/Starch, Coatings

• Create and maintain T&A plan for every order

• Coordinate with all teams for on-time completion

4) Tracking & Reporting (Non-negotiable)

• Maintain a master Google Sheet tracker with:

  • client, quality specs, vendor assigned, stage, dates, status, remarks, next follow-up

• Update tracker twice daily and send crisp status to owner

5) Vendor & Job-work Coordination

• Daily follow-ups with mills, dyeing, printing, finishing, coating units, transporters

• Get clear commitments (date/time), confirm on WhatsApp, escalate delays early

• Track meterage in/out, shortages, rework, and timelines vendor-wise

6) Quality Control (Basic but strict)

• Ensure QC checks before dispatch: GSM, width, shade match, defects, finish/coating issues

• Match bulk vs approved reference sample

• Stop wrong/defective lots before dispatch (avoid returns/discounts)

7) Dispatches & Client Updates

• Coordinate packing, roll labeling, lot segregation, loading schedule

• Share dispatch details: LR/vehicle/ETA and keep clients informed proactively

Skills Required

• Fabric understanding: GSM, width, shade/lot, shrinkage/shortage, common defects

• Strong follow-up ability on calls/WhatsApp (“gets work done” mindset)

• Google Sheets/Excel tracking discipline (filters + clean entries)

• Organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure

Preferred

• Experience in textile processing/job-work coordination

• Familiarity with Delhi textile ecosystem (Azad Market/Gandhi Nagar/Okhla/Noida)
