Job Summary
A Fashion Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in selecting bridal blouse designs, fabrics, and embroidery styles. The role involves understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable designs, coordinating with the design and tailoring team, and ensuring a smooth order process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Consultation
Welcome and interact with walk-in customers.
Understand the bride’s requirements, wedding theme, and saree details.
Suggest suitable blouse designs, neck patterns, sleeve styles, and embroidery options.
2. Design Guidance
Show sample blouses, catalogs, and embroidery works.
Advise customers on latest bridal blouse trends.
Help customers choose designs that suit their body type and saree fabric.
3. Measurements & Order Process
Assist in taking accurate blouse measurements.
Record customer design details clearly in the order sheet.
Coordinate with the tailoring and embroidery team.
4. Sales Conversion
Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
Explain pricing, embroidery charges, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with potential customers.
5. Customer Relationship
Maintain a good relationship with brides and repeat customers.
Handle customer queries and minor complaints politely.
6. Coordination
Work closely with designers, tailors, and embroidery team to ensure quality.
Update customers about trial dates and delivery.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of blouse designs and bridal fashion trends
Good communication and customer handling skills
Sales and convincing ability
Basic measurement knowledge (preferred)
Friendly and professional attitude
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Fashion Designing (preferred)
OR experience in boutique / bridal store / tailoring unit
