Tailoes, a growing fashion startup, is seeking a passionate Fashion Designer with 3–5 years of experience to lead our creative and design operations. The role includes designing trendy outfits, managing production, working closely with tailors, and helping build a unique brand identity. We’re looking for someone creative, responsible, and ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative and trendy garments as per customer requirements

Manage end-to-end design and production process

Coordinate with tailors and ensure timely delivery

Maintain high quality and finishing standards

Understand client preferences and suggest suitable designs

Stay updated with latest fashion trends and styles

Assist in building and growing the brand Tailoes

Handle fabric selection and styling guidance
