Job Responsibilities

• Develop and stitch samples for women’s western wear.

• Work from patterns, tech packs, measurements, and reference samples.

• Handle dresses, tops, skirts, co-ords, jumpsuits, and other western wear styles.

• Understand garment construction, fitting, measurements, and finishing.

• Coordinate with the Pattern Master, Fashion Designer, Merchandiser, and Production Team.

• Make corrections and alterations according to buyer/design requirements.

• Ensure proper fitting, stitching quality, and finishing before sample approval.

• Work efficiently on new styles and urgent sampling requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in women’s western wear sampling.

• Good knowledge of garment construction and stitching techniques.

• Ability to understand patterns and measurements.

• Good fitting and finishing skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sampling deadlines.

• Experience with export/B2B or private-label garments will be an advantage.

Salary

₹12500 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience and skills.
