Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward individual who can blend design creativity, merchandising sense, and sales skills. This role involves working closely with customers in-store, assisting with styling, managing product presentation, and ensuring smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Sales

• Handle walk-in customers and provide personalized styling assistance

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits

• Assist with trials, fittings, and styling suggestions

• Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful sales

• Deliver a premium in-store experience aligned with brand image

Fashion Designing & Styling

• Assist in design selection, customization guidance, and styling

• Suggest design modifications based on customer requirements

• Ensure proper fitting, fall, and overall garment look

• Stay updated with latest ethnic and fusion fashion trends

Merchandising & Store Management

• Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and product arrangement

• Ensure the right product mix is displayed as per trends and demand

• Manage stock levels and coordinate with backend for replenishment

• Track fast-moving and slow-moving items

Operations & Coordination

• Take accurate body measurements for boutique/custom orders

• Coordinate with tailors for alterations and fittings

• Ensure timely delivery of customized outfits

• Maintain records of orders, measurements, and customer preferences

Requirements

• Fresher or experienced (both can apply)

• Strong fashion sense with knowledge of ethnic wear (lehenga, saree, gowns, suits, etc.)

• Good understanding of body measurements and fitting

• Passion for styling and customer interaction

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in closing deals

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in boutique / designer store is a plus

• Basic knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction

• Energetic, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
