• Work on designs received from buyers and clients.

• Understand buyer requirements and develop jewellery accordingly.

• Create design concepts and modify designs as per client feedback.

• Select suitable materials such as beads, stones, pearls, alloy, brass, etc.

• Coordinate with sampling and production team for development.

• Ensure correct material combination, color matching, and finishing.

• Develop samples as per buyer specifications and timelines.

• Maintain design records and material details.

• Ensure designs are cost-effective and suitable for bulk production.

• Stay updated with current fashion and jewellery trends.
