Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to design and develop men’s ethnic wear collections. The role involves concept creation, fabric selection, sampling coordination, and working closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design men’s ethnic wear including kurtas, sherwanis, bandhni, jackets, and sets

• Research trends, fabrics, colors, embroidery, and market requirements

• Create design concepts, sketches, and tech details

• Coordinate with sampling, production, and vendors for development

• Select fabrics, trims, embroideries, and accessories

• Ensure designs align with brand identity and cost parameters

• Support photoshoots, exhibitions, and collection presentations

• Maintain proper design documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design

• Minimum 1 year experience in men’s ethnic wear

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction

• Good sense of color, detailing, and silhouettes

• Basic knowledge of CAD/illustration software preferred

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
