We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with at least 1 year of experience in men’s ethnic wear. The candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional silhouettes, fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction, along with the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop men’s ethnic wear collections (kurta, sherwani, Nehru jacket, sets, etc.)

• Research trends, colors, fabrics, and market requirements

• Create design sketches, tech packs, and detailed specifications

• Coordinate with sampling, tailoring, and production teams

• Select fabrics, trims, embroideries, and surface developments

• Review samples and ensure quality, fit, and finishing

• Maintain design documentation and seasonal records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in men’s ethnic wear

• Strong understanding of Indian fabrics, embroideries, and craftsmanship

• Knowledge of garment construction and fit

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop preferred)

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Ability to work under timelines and collaborate with teams

Preferred Qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
