Job Description

R.D. Distributors is looking for creative and enthusiastic Fashion Designers to join our team for our Men’s Ethnic Wear collection.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in fashion, good knowledge of garment designing, and an eye for colours, fabrics, prints, and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new designs and concepts for men’s ethnic wear.

• Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts.

• Select suitable fabrics, colours, prints, and trims.

• Assist in developing new collections and seasonal designs.

• Coordinate with production and sampling teams.

• Research current fashion and market trends.

• Modify designs based on feedback and production requirements.

• Maintain design files and product details.

For Freshers / Interns

• Students or graduates in Fashion Designing can apply.

• Freshers with good creativity and knowledge of fashion are welcome.

• Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics preferred.

• Internship/fresher candidates with a strong interest in men’s ethnic wear will be considered.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

For Experienced Candidates

• Candidates with relevant experience in fashion designing, especially men’s ethnic wear, can apply.

• Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, sampling, and current market trends.

• Experience in developing collections and coordinating with production will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

• Good communication and teamwork

• Knowledge of fashion design software will be an advantage
