• Trend Analysis & Research: Researching upcoming fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market needs to inform designs.

• Design Development: Creating sketches, mood boards, and detailed technical specs (tech packs) for garments or accessories

• Prototyping & Fittings: Overseeing the creation of prototypes and conducting fittings to refine fit and construction.

• Production Oversight: Working with manufacturers to ensure final products meet quality, cost, and timeline standards.
