Key Responsibilities

End-to-end stitching of assigned garments with clean finishing

Understanding of patterns, measurements, and garment construction

Execution of daily production targets aligned with our workflow

Ability to work independently while coordinating smoothly with the cutting team

Maintaining quality standards and reducing the alteration ratio

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ladies' garment stitching

Should be able to stitch multiple categories (suits/kurtis/partywear preferred)

Strong focus on neatness, speed, and accuracy
