Assist in designing new collections (sketching, concept development)

Conduct trend research (colors, fabrics, silhouettes, market trends)

Help in fabric selection and sourcing coordination

Support in creating mood boards and design presentations

Work on sample development and fittings

Assist during photoshoots, styling, and content creation

Maintain design records, tech packs, and documentation

Collaborate with the team for launch-ready outfit development

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed degree/diploma in Fashion Design

Basic knowledge of garment construction & fabrics

Skilled in sketching (manual or digital)

Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva

Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and styling

Detail-oriented with a creative mindset

Good communication and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualities

Interest in Gen-Z / contemporary fashion trends

Understanding of social media fashion content (Instagram/Reels)

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
