Job Description – Production Executive

Yuti Designer Private Limited specializes in customized bridal blouses featuring intricate, handmade embroidery and premium designer stitching. We focus on delivering personalized designs, excellent fitting, superior craftsmanship, and timely delivery to our customers.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Production Executive with good knowledge of designer blouse production, fabrics, stitching, embroidery, and production coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, allocating work to the stitching and embroidery teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards and timely order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Knowledge: Understand designer blouse patterns, bridal blouse designs, neck designs, sleeve styles, embroidery patterns, and customer-specific customization requirements.

• Production Handling: Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth coordination between stitching, embroidery, and finishing teams.

• Fabric Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of fabrics, linings, materials, and their suitability for different blouse designs and embroidery work.

• Stitching Knowledge: Understand blouse stitching techniques, construction, fitting, finishing, and quality requirements to ensure the final product meets customer expectations.

• Embroidery Coordination: Have knowledge of hand embroidery, embroidery patterns, materials, and techniques. Coordinate with embroidery workers to ensure designs are executed accurately.

• Work Allocation: Allocate daily tasks to tailors, embroidery workers, and other production staff based on order priority, complexity, and delivery schedules.

• Production Monitoring: Track work progress at every stage, identify delays, resolve production-related issues, and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

• Quality Control: Check stitching quality, embroidery finishing, measurements, design accuracy, and overall product quality before dispatch.

• Timely Delivery: Ensure all customer orders are completed according to the committed delivery dates without compromising on quality.

• Delivery Follow-up: Regularly follow up with stitching and embroidery teams regarding order status, pending work, alterations, and finishing to avoid delivery delays.

• Order Management: Maintain production records, order details, work allocation sheets, pending orders, and delivery schedules.

• Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively with designers, tailors, embroidery workers, and management to ensure smooth production operations.

• Problem Solving: Identify production bottlenecks, manage urgent orders, and take appropriate action to complete orders on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in garment production, designer boutiques, bridal wear, or customized blouse production.

• Good knowledge of designer blouse designs, patterns, and customization requirements.

• Practical understanding of blouse stitching, fitting, finishing, and quality standards.

• Good knowledge of fabrics, linings, embroidery materials, and embroidery techniques.

• Experience in production handling, work allocation, and team coordination.

• Ability to monitor multiple orders and prioritize work according to delivery deadlines.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain production records and track order progress.

• Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
