Fashion Designer – Fresher

Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on talent and skills

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Fashion Designer Fresher to join our growing fashion manufacturing and export business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in fashion design, product development, sampling, and working with international clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new and innovative fashion designs for garments and accessories.

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and colour combinations.

• Assist in developing new collections and seasonal products.

• Work on prints, embroidery, embellishments, fabrics, and garment detailing.

• Prepare basic tech packs, measurements, and design specifications.

• Coordinate with the sampling and production team to develop designs into finished products.

• Research current fashion trends, colours, silhouettes, fabrics, and international market trends.

• Modify designs based on client requirements and feedback.

• Assist in creating product presentations and catalogues.

• Maintain organized records of designs, samples, and developments.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate/diploma holder in Fashion Designing, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

• Strong creativity and good understanding of fashion.

• Good knowledge of fabrics, colours, silhouettes, prints, embroidery, and garment construction.

• Ability to sketch fashion designs manually or digitally.

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of fashion CAD and tech packs is preferred.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Portfolio is preferred — even college projects and self-created designs are welcome.
