Job Summary:
The YouTube Incharge will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s official YouTube channel and handling all event-related photos and videos. The role includes organizing, uploading, maintaining digital media content, and ensuring proper alignment with company branding standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s official YouTube channel.
Upload event videos, promotional content, and company updates regularly.
Coordinate with the event team to collect event photos and videos on time.
Organize and maintain a proper digital archive of all event media files.
Ensure all videos have proper titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
Monitor YouTube performance (views, subscribers, engagement) and submit basic reports to management.
Ensure content is aligned with company branding and quality standards.
Coordinate with basic editors/designers (if required) for simple video edits or thumbnails.
Maintain proper backup of all official media content.
Ensure timely posting of event highlights and promotional materials.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of YouTube platform management
Basic understanding of photo and video organization
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Google Drive, folders, file management)
Organized and detail-oriented
Qualification:
Any degree / diploma
Basic knowledge of social media and YouTube handling
Experience:
6months – 2 years of experience in social media handling or media coordination.
