Video Content Creator

🎯 Job Objective

We are looking for a confident and creative female Video Content Creator who will represent SBIP on camera and create engaging reels, informative videos, and UGC-style content to promote our distance education and career guidance services.

This role requires someone who can explain educational concepts clearly, build trust with the audience, and drive student inquiries through video content.

🎥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ On-Camera Video Creation

• Create Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and promotional videos

• Record informative content about:

  • Distance education

  • Working professional programs

  • B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma pathways

  • Secondary & graduation completion options

• Deliver strong hooks and emotional storytelling

2️⃣ UGC-Style Content

• Create relatable, conversational content

• Record testimonial-style and explainer videos

• Follow trending formats while maintaining brand credibility

3️⃣ Script & Content Coordination

• Work with marketing team to execute content ideas

• Suggest hooks, topics & trends

• Ensure videos align with SBIP brand voice

4️⃣ Social Media Collaboration

• Assist in planning weekly content calendar

• Maintain consistent video posting

• Help increase engagement and lead generation

👩 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Confident and camera-friendly personality

• Strong Hindi communication (English preferred)

• Clear speaking voice and expressive delivery

• Understanding of Instagram & YouTube trends

• Basic knowledge of reels editing (CapCut/InShot/Premiere optional)

• Interest in education, counseling, or motivational content
