🧳 Job Title: Travel Coordinator – Char Dham Yatra

📍 Office Location: Faridabad
🏔️ Work Location: Dehradun (Candidate must be based in or willing to stay in Dehradun)

🔹 Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Travel Coordinator to manage and oversee travel arrangements for Char Dham Yatra pilgrims. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, knowledge of Uttarakhand routes, and the ability to handle on-ground travel operations efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for Char Dham Yatra (transport, accommodation, and itinerary planning)
✔️ Manage bookings for hotels, vehicles, and other travel services
✔️ Act as a point of contact for travelers during the yatra
✔️ Handle customer queries, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth travel experience
✔️ Coordinate with local vendors, drivers, and service providers in Dehradun and surrounding regions
✔️ Monitor travel schedules and handle any on-ground issues or emergencies
✔️ Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and travel details
✔️ Ensure timely communication between office (Faridabad) and on-ground operations

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination or tour operations
✔️ Good knowledge of Char Dham routes and Uttarakhand geography
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure during peak season
✔️ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, booking tools, etc.)
✔️ Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:

✔️ Candidate currently based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun
✔️ Experience in pilgrimage tourism will be an added advantage
✔️ Flexible with travel and working hours during peak yatra season
