About the Role
A SVE is responsible for managing the operations and customer experience of the sports facilities he or she is assigned to. Some highlights of the role include:
● To ensure all bookings, payments and addons are being managed on the App.
● Greeting, interacting with customers, answering to their queries and creating a
positive environment at the sports facility for the customers
● Being responsible for the infrastructure readiness of a sports facility and reporting to the Business Executive in a timely manner.
● He will be responsible to work with the team for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
● Ensuring hygiene is top class and all utilities (water, electricity, washroom, CCTV,changing rooms, vending machines, playing area) are properly functioning. Supervising all the requisitions of the inventory and utilities and reporting to the operations team on a weekly basis.
● Manage all additional payment collections and offline bookings of the venue.
● Ensuring all on ground repair and maintenance escalations and reporting to the
operations team on a weekly basis
● Creating, organizing and managing community games and events and supporting the central team for the same. Ensuring proper activation of business campaigns and
community games at the venue.
● Responsible for creating overall experience, looking after compliance,
managing-training-coaching people, executing operations and achieving organizational goals with the team.
● Ensuring the operation in all the technical platforms - Connecteam and Slack, including all bookings which are reported in the Company App.
● Oversee and ensure branding and signages are installed well and are enhancing
the ambience of the facility.
● To ensure equipment is readily available for the customers.
● Work with the managers directly to implement policies and follow them.
● Represent company with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Graduate in any field & Basic interest in sport.
● Functional understanding of technology.
● Conversant in Hindi. English is a bonus. (conversational knowledge of regional languages as per need is also a plus).
● Very high in integrity, punctuality and great at customer service.
● Past experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, retail, QSRs, facility
management is preferred.
