The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
Monitor project schedules, progress, and costs to ensure timely completion
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, and local regulations
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and vendors
Review project reports, resolve site issues, and manage risks
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
