Are you passionate about hospitality, premium guest experiences, and event operations? We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our café operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day café operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and motivate the café team.

• Handle food quality, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.

• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and stock control.

• Plan and execute corporate events, parties, and catering operations.

• Monitor daily sales, costs, and profitability.

• Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and management for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Hotel, Hospitality, or Café Management.

• Experience in Event Management and banquet/catering operations is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and operational reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
