We are looking for a dynamic, execution-focused Operations Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you will be the backbone of our event execution. You will handle everything from initial vendor alignments and inventory management to on-ground coordination and post-event reporting. This role offers extensive field exposure and the opportunity to manage end-to-end event logistics for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Logistics
Develop detailed event timelines, manpower schedules, and operational checklists.
Coordinate internal logistics to ensure all required materials, equipment, and assets reach venues on time.
Adapt quickly to dynamic client requirements and handle last-minute on-ground adjustments efficiently.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Source, negotiate with, and onboard reliable vendors, fabricators, and venue partners.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and the internal core team during execution.
Ensure vendor deliverables align strictly with agreed-upon SLAs and quality standards.
3. Inventory & Resource Management
Maintain accurate records of company event assets, collateral, and equipment.
Oversee the dispatch, tracking, and safe return of inventory post-event.
Optimize resource allocation to keep operations within the designated budget.
4. On-Ground Execution & Reporting
Lead the physical setup and on-ground coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks in real-time.
Conduct post-event evaluations, compile feedback, and deliver comprehensive operational reports to management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate degree or above in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Event Management, Exhibition Logistics, or On-ground Operations.
Core Skills:
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Clear verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (local language proficiency is a plus).
Attributes: High energy, strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and a strong willingness to travel locally for on-ground execution.
