Position : F & B Operations Executive
Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage experienced professionals to oversee the operations of our catering & online ordering across client locations within the city.
The Food and Beverage Executive responsibilities include Customer communication, party booking events managing inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and coordinating staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate has a keen understanding of the food and beverage industry, knowledge of hotel buffet and setup operations, having educational background of Hotel Management, problem-solving skills and good communication, able to navigate the team members and train. The core role of Food and Beverage Supervisor shall be maintaining consistency of quality of operations at site locations and ensure client relationship management.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all front and back of the house catering & online operations – from kitchen to site
· Maintaining consistency of quality of operations at site locations
· Ensure no lapse in service during core catering & online operation hours
· Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served
· Manage food and beverage inventory and orders
. Rise event planner, quotations, invoice for the events
· Train staff continuously on site for consistency in service, help new staff settle into role
· Maintain health and safety regulations and utmost hygiene standards (incl staff grooming)
· Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the buffet experience.
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience in Food and Beverage Operations Executive or similar role
· Strong understanding of the operational dynamics of the food and beverage industry
· Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
· Education : Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
