Job Title: Mass Media Intern

Location: Kalyan (West)

Duration: 6+ Months

1. Webinar

• Planning, coordinating, and scheduling webinars in alignment with the company’s calendar.

• Ensuring presentation materials (PPTs) are well-prepared and approved before each session.

• Monitoring live webinars to ensure smooth execution and participant engagement.

• Managing post-webinar Call to Action (CTA) activities — such as sharing recordings, follow-ups, and engagement tracking.

2. Seminar

• Coordinating and managing seminar setups including stalls and on-ground branding.

• Handling both physical and digital promotion activities related to seminars.

• Managing lead generation and follow-up processes, ensuring all leads obtained from seminars are accurately captured and sent to the respective departments for conversion.

• Assisting in maintaining a seminar report — tracking attendance, outcomes, and follow-ups.

3. Office Events

• Acting as the single point of contact for all office events and internal activities.

• Planning and supporting execution of office-level events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.

• Creating and maintaining reports on event schedules, participation, and outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mass Media, Marketing, or related field.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage event timelines effectively.
