Position – Hub Manager

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Hub Manager to oversee the complete operations and management of the hub. The ideal candidate should have experience in the event management or hospitality industry and possess strong leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day hub operations smoothly and efficiently
Handle team coordination, staff management, and vendor communication
Ensure excellent client and guest experience at the hub
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and operational standards
Coordinate events, meetings, and on-ground activities
Monitor inventory, supplies, and overall hub requirements
Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions
Ensure proper reporting and operational documentation
Requirements:
Graduate in any field
Prior experience in Event Management / Hospitality / Operations preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team handling abilities
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Ability to multitask and manage pressure situations
Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting
