Factory Manager – Immediate Hiring

📍 Location: Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd., Sahibabad Site-4, Ghaziabad

We are looking for a young, energetic, smart, and result-oriented Factory Manager to manage our complete factory operations.

Position: Factory Manager

💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (or more, depending on experience and interview performance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control complete factory operations.

• Handle inventory management, stock control, and material planning.

• Manage procurement and purchase activities efficiently.

• Ensure proper factory compliance, documentation, and records.

• Supervise dispatch operations and ensure timely deliveries.

• Monitor daily production and coordinate with all departments.

• Handle labour and workforce management effectively.

• Visit the factory floor every hour to monitor employee productivity and work progress.

• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain discipline, productivity, and quality standards across the factory.

• Prepare and share daily production, manpower, inventory, and operational reports with the Factory Owner and Directors.

• Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, dispatch, and quality teams to achieve daily targets.

• Continuously improve factory efficiency and reduce operational losses.
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in Factory Operations, Inventory, Purchase, Dispatch, and Labour Management.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Smart, energetic, disciplined, and willing to work on the factory floor.

• Candidates from Sales or Key Account Management can also apply. Training will be provided to the right candidate with a strong learning attitude.

• Ready to work on the factory floor and lead by example.
