Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings and understand their event requirements.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure timely communication.
Handle telecalling, lead generation, and schedule client meetings.
Coordinate with clients before and during events to ensure a smooth experience.
Manage event-day client communication and address on-site queries.
Follow up for advance and balance payments as per the agreed schedule.
Maintain client records, meeting updates, and follow-up reports.
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
Work Schedule:
6 working days per week (One weekly off).
