Event Manager

We are looking for a Event Sales Manager to join our team at Mavenco Hospitality Llp to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.

• Ensure smooth execution during events.

• Generate and manage leads through calls, social media, references, and networking

• Promote and sell complete wedding planning services and individual event services

• Understand client requirements and suggest customized event solutions

• Present service offerings including hospitality, entertainment, décor, and logistics

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and event packages

• Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals

• Coordinate with vendors, artists, and internal teams for smooth execution

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
