Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Events & Cafeteria Sales to drive business for corporate parties, events, office food programs, and snack services. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and account growth across corporate and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for corporate events, company parties, cafeteria food, and snack services.
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and admin managers.
Identify client requirements and propose customized food and catering solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for smooth execution of events and cafeteria services.
Prepare sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.
Explore upselling and long-term contracts for cafeterias and recurring events.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in event sales, catering sales, corporate food services, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and corporate pitching.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
