We are looking for a Client Relationship & Event Executive to join our Client team to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination, and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹50000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities - Client & Project Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for catering and grazing inquiries.
- Understand client needs, prepare menu proposals and quotes, and oversee end-to-end communication.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with the Food brand ethos.
Event Coordination & Execution
- Liaise with the central kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Oversee event setups, dcor, and presentation to maintain Food aesthetic and service standards.
- Manage on-ground coordination for premium events when required.
Operations & Process Development
- Work with the Founders Office to develop menus, pricing structures, SOPs, and packaging standards.
- Maintain event checklists, operational trackers, and post-event feedback reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate between the office, production unit, logistics partners, and D2C team.
- Collaborate with marketing for visual documentation, partnerships, and content related to catering experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, premium catering, events, or client servicing.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask across client management and operational execution.
- Comfortable working across office, kitchen, and event environments.
