Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day theatre operations.
• Supervise and schedule front-of-house, box office, usher, housekeeping, security, and food & beverage staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor ticket sales, occupancy, and revenue performance.
• Oversee concession sales and inventory management.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all theatre facilities.
• Implement health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate movie schedules and special events with management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Control operational costs and achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Handle cash management, POS reconciliation, and banking procedures.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
