We are an event décor company specialising in theme-based birthday celebrations, bringing creativity and imagination into every party.

While our current focus is on birthdays, we have exciting plans to expand into wedding décor in the near future. This means our designers will get opportunities to work on a wide range of event themes, from playful kids’ parties to elegant weddings.

Role Description

Event Coordinator

Event Coordinator

Event Coordinator will be responsible for handling the complete client journey from event closure to post-event deliverables. The role requires strong coordination, client communication, planning, follow-up, vendor handling, payment collection, and ensuring a smooth event experience in B'days, weddins events etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding

Understand client needs, set clear expectations, timelines, and communication.

2. Event Planning & Vendor Coordination

Plan the event end-to-end and manage vendors within budget.

3. Event Team Operations

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure the team works smoothly.

4. Event Day Coordination

Manage on-ground execution and handle issues in real time.

5. Design Coordination

Align event design with the client’s vision and ensure timely delivery.

6. Post Event Follow-Up

Gather feedback, close tasks, and maintain client relationships.

Skills Required:-

- Excellent communication and client handling skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

- Good knowledge of event planning and execution.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail in designs, timelines, and event execution.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills [ Nice to Have ]

- Interest in events planning like B'days & Weddings

- Comfortable speaking with clients over the call & in person

- Managing team & Vendors
