Event Coordinator

We're seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to plan and execute memorable events that drive engagement and success. You'll collaborate with teams to deliver seamless experiences from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, budgets, vendors, and timelines. - Coordinate with clients, sponsors, and staff to ensure events align with goals and run smoothly. - Handle on-site execution, troubleshooting issues, and post-event evaluations. - Promote events through marketing channels and track attendance/feedback metrics. - Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency. Qualifications: - 2+ years of event planning experience (corporate, nonprofit, or weddings a plus). - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in tools like Eventbrite, Google Workspace, or Asana. - Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred. - Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
