Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, campaigns, and social initiatives
Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue, vendors, and materials
Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners
Handle event promotions through social media and other channels
Ensure smooth execution of events within timelines and budget
Maintain records, reports, and feedback of events conducted
Travel to event locations when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Creative mindset with problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in NGO or social sector events
Knowledge of social media marketing
Strong coordination and people management skills
