About the Role

Smile India Trust is looking for a responsible and energetic Event & Distribution Team Supervisor to manage and supervise on-ground teams involved in event execution and distribution activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, coordination, communication, and organizational skills and be comfortable managing field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the on-ground team during events and distribution activities.

• Manage daily team allocation, attendance, and work schedules.

• Plan and monitor distribution activities to ensure smooth and timely execution.

• Coordinate with team members and management to achieve daily activity targets.

• Ensure proper distribution of materials, resources, and promotional items.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Handle on-ground issues and resolve operational challenges promptly.

• Ensure discipline, professionalism, and proper conduct of the team.

• Maintain basic records and prepare daily/weekly activity reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for event planning, logistics, and execution.

• Ensure all activities are conducted as per organizational guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 1–3 years in team supervision, field operations, events, distribution, or a similar role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good leadership and team-management abilities.

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.

• Comfortable with field work and on-ground event responsibilities.

• Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
