Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and production, to deliver on client expectations. - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance. - Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members. - Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. - Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and service improvement suggestions. - Collaborate with clients at the time of the event.
Qualifications:
