About the Job

Sethi Event & Decor is looking for an energetic and responsible Event Coordinator to handle customer coordination, event planning and on-site event execution.

The candidate will coordinate with clients, decorators, event staff, vendors and management to ensure that every event is completed smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate event bookings.

- Prepare and share event requirements with the execution team.

- Coordinate with decorators, artists, vendors and event staff.

- Visit event locations when required.

- Ensure decoration and event setup is completed as per client requirements.

- Coordinate event setup, timing, material and manpower.

- Take event photographs/videos for company records and social media.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings and payments.

- Maintain daily booking and enquiry records.

- Resolve customer issues during events professionally.

- Coordinate with the team before, during and after events.

- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

- Ensure proper communication between clients and the execution team.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.

- Confident personality and professional behaviour.

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.

- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

- Should be comfortable travelling to event locations in Delhi NCR.

- Should be flexible with working hours, especially during events.

- Event management experience will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can apply.

Working Hours
