Job Summary

PS Collaborations is looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Event Participant Pooling Executives to identify, engage, and coordinate participants for corporate events, workshops, seminars, promotional campaigns, networking events, and training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people while achieving participant registration targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit participants through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms.

• Build and maintain a database of potential participants.

• Contact prospective participants and follow up to confirm registrations and attendance.

• Explain event details, schedules, eligibility criteria, and participation guidelines.

• Coordinate with the event management team to ensure participant availability.

• Maintain daily reports on registrations, confirmations, and attendance.

• Respond to participant queries professionally and promptly.

• Support the successful execution of events whenever required.

• Achieve participant registration targets within the given timelines.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.

• Ability to make outbound calls and follow up with participants.

• Target-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, recruitment, sales, or event coordination.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sourcing participants.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
