Event Operations & Client Servicing Executive

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

New Generations Events is looking for an experienced Event Operations & Client Servicing Executive who has hands-on experience in Corporate Events and Social Events. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client meetings, planning and executing events, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client meetings and understand event requirements.

• Plan and execute Corporate & Social Events from start to finish.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.

• Manage on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution.

• Prepare client presentations (PPT) and event proposals.

• Maintain event budgets, reports, and basic documentation in Excel.

• Ensure timely communication with clients and provide regular project updates.

• Resolve on-ground operational issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Experience in Corporate & Social Event Management.

• Excellent client handling and communication skills.

• Strong event planning and operations management.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT).

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel for events.

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
Location Preference: Candidates based in Gurugram or nearby will be preferred.
