We are looking for a Event Coordinator to join our team at The Entertainment Factory to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.
Ensure smooth execution during events.
Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.
Post-event reporting and feedback collection.
On-ground Event management
End-to-end event handling
Negotiating skills
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma/Graduation and 0 - 6+ years of experience. To qualify for this job opening, you must have strong communication, multitasking ability, and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
