Prepare and update event checklists and timelines
🤝 Client & Vendor Coordination
Act as the point of contact for clients before and during events
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution
Ensure vendors meet deadlines and quality standards
🚛 Logistics & Setup
Oversee setup and breakdown at event venues
Manage transport, technical requirements, and inventory movement
Ensure all materials and teams are in place and ready ahead of schedule
🎤 On-Ground Execution
Supervise event day activities (crew, timing, sequences, performances, etc.)
Troubleshoot in real-time and ensure quick resolution of any issues
Maintain communication with all teams (production, hospitality, tech)
🧾 Post-Event Duties
Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback collection
Assist in reconciliation of expenses and reporting
Document event highlights for future reference or promotions
