Responsibilities and Duties:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the event planning and execution processes while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role would require hands-on experience in client relations.
● Assist in the planning and coordination of technologies in various events, including conferences, seminars, and social gatherings.
● Collaborate with the event management companies to ensure seamless execution of events from conception to completion.
● Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by being a point of contact for their inquiries and needs.
● Gather client requirements and preferences to tailor proposals accordingly.
● Act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams to ensure all expectations are met.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, and tech team, to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
● Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance overall strategies & concepts.
Experience
● A bachelor's degree with preference in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
