We are looking for an Field Welder to join our team at Excel India Tech. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or CO₂ welding as required.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.

• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting before welding.

• Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity.

• Operate welding machines and fabrication tools safely.

• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet daily targets.

• Required Skills

  • Knowledge of MIG, TIG, ARC, or CO₂ welding techniques.

  • Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints.

  • Good understanding of measuring instruments and welding tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Qualifications

  • ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or a related trade (preferred).

  • Certification in welding is an added advantage..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 1 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.
