Reporting Manager - Branch Service Manager (BSM)

Job Purpose

To manage customer’s compliant / calls effectively and administratively handling branch/ CCC.

Key Areas of responsibility

·                         Attend the consumer calls through Technician/self

·                         Attend the Dealers complaints as per PJC through Technician’s

·                         Raise the bill in ERP – In-house & Filed

·                         Overall spares responsibility

·                         Maintenance of Tools-In-house & Filed

·                         Monitor the Technicians- In-house & Field

·                          Cash handling:

·                         i. Spares collection & deposit on weekly once/twice

·                         ii. Impress maintenance

·                         Raise the spares indent once in a month through ERP

·                         Monthly physical stock verification

·                          Warranty/Out of warranty defective parts despatch to HO on monthly

·                         Collect the Consumer’s Feedback Form and entering in the ERP

·                         Labour Records Maintenance & Admin works in Branch

·                         New complaints feedback to H.O/CC.

·                         Reports to H.O. (Weekly & Monthly)

·                          

EDUCATION and experience

·          Any degree / diploma/ITI

·          Experience 3-5 years

·          Candidates having experience in FMCG/FMCD are preferred
