Supervisor

We are looking for an Supervisor to join our team at NESTPRO PROJECTS PVT LTD. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute wiring plans, install fixtures & equipment, and ensure safety compliance.

• Install safety and distribution components like switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.

• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.

• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.

• Prevent breakdown of systems by daily inspection and replace old wiring and insulated cables.

• Identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 5 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.

• Site Supervision: Supervise daily installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Team Management: Allocate tasks to technicians and subcontractors, providing technical guidance, training, and monitoring productivity.

• System Testing & Commissioning:

  Supervise the testing and commissioning of ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, Access Control).

• Coordination: Coordinate with other trades (civil, MEP, IT) to prevent site clashes and ensure smooth project flow.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site records, track material consumption, and report progress, manpower, and site issues to engineers.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to site health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in ELV systems installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems, ability to read technical drawings, excellent team leadership, and proficiency in troubleshooting.
