🎓 Qualification (Suitable Candidates)

• ITI (Electrician / Wireman / Fitter)

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy

• Solar Technician Certificate (MNRE preferred, not mandatory)

• Fresher with training or 6 months–2 years experience can apply

🛠️ Required Skills

• Solar panel installation & maintenance knowledge

• Inverter, battery, charge controller understanding

• DC & AC wiring basics

• Multimeter & electrical tools handling

• Fault finding & troubleshooting

• Basic electrical safety knowledge

• Willingness to work on site & rooftop

📋 Roles & Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and related equipment at site

• Perform wiring, earthing & inverter connections

• Test and commission solar PV systems

• Identify and resolve technical faults

• Carry out regular maintenance & servicing

• Follow safety guidelines during installation

• Coordinate with team and site supervisor

• Prepare basic installation reports

• Ready to travel for site work
