We are looking for an Electrician Technician to join our team at Company Name. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems at residential, commercial, and project sites. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000– ₹25,000 per month, along with opportunities for skill development and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and systems.
Execute electrical wiring as per drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
Install and connect distribution boards, MCBs, MCCBs, switches, sockets, isolators, and other electrical components.
Perform cable laying, cable termination, conduit installation, and electrical connections.
Inspect electrical systems regularly and identify faults, loose connections, damaged cables, or unsafe conditions.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs to minimize system downtime.
Follow electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures during installation and maintenance.
Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Maintain proper tools, materials, and electrical equipment at the work site.
Follow all electrical safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians during project execution.
Maintain basic records of completed work, materials used, and site issues.
Job Requirements
Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Good knowledge of electrical wiring, cable termination, electrical panels, protection devices, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and proper use of electrical tools.
Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work as required.
Candidates with experience in solar electrical installation, inverter systems, AC/DC wiring, and rooftop solar projects will be preferred.
