Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor – Electrical to oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and project activities at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance activities at the project site.

• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management teams.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.

• Inspect electrical works to maintain quality standards and project requirements.

• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.

• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at all times.
  
  Requirements

  • Diploma/ITI/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience in electrical site supervision and project execution.

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, and safety standards.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage teams and work under project deadlines.
