General Information:

Job Description: Electrical Engineer.

Location: Perumbakkam, Chrennai

Job Purpose:

To assist in the development, installation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects on-

site. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure

the successful execution of projects, focusing on electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities:

• Strong software skills like Advance MS Excel, MS Power Point etc.

• Monitor and supervise the installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical

systems on-site.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.

• Assist in the installation of solar panels, wind turbines, and other renewable energy

systems.

• Inspect electrical components and systems to ensure they meet project

specifications and quality standards.

• Prepare and submit reports on site activities, progress, and performance metrics.

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and

systems

• Monitor system performance and generate reports on efficiency, production, and

issues.

• Ensure compatibility and efficiency of electrical systems with other components of

renewable energy projects.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical aspects of

renewable energy projects.

• Coordinate with other engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical systems.

• Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams.

• Identify potential electrical hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance.

Qualification and Experience:

• B.E,Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
