Job Description: Service Engineer
Installation & Commissioning of Electronic Weighbridge at the customer site. Giving online software support to customers. Coordination; maintaining cordial relationship with the customers. Fault Finding; Repair of the Electronic Weighbridge. Attend service calls from customers & provide telephonic support. Creating a connection between information inputs, controllers and outputs. Pre and post installation testing. Providing technical support to our clients and assisting software demonstration.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or ITI. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.
